eggoatt's Commission T.O.S. & Guidelines

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.

My artwork is for personal use only. I do not consent to commercial usage unless negotiated with the client ahead of time.

Your commission may not be redistributed via NFT or other cryptocurrency, or via AI models.

Commission prices may be subject to change.

My clients' views and opinions outside of their commission do not reflect my own.

Additional fees for things specified on the main site are charged on a case-by-case basis.

I may accept partial payment, or payment plans, if discussed with the client prior to accepting the commission.

Full refunds will only be given if I have not yet started the commission at the time of request. A partial refund (50%) may be given if requested before I have moved past the sketch.

I will not provide refunds once I move past the sketch stage.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission if I cannot complete it to the best of my ability. In this case, I will provide a refund depending on how much progress was made.

I typically send clients a WIP sketch. This is to ensure the client has an opportunity to request changes to the piece before I begin refining it.

I will provide further WIP updates if requested, but otherwise may or may not do so.

Final pieces will be delivered via attachment or safe download link. (or via email upon request)

If your commission is to be mailed, I require your full address and preferred name upon completion. This information will not be shared with anyone.

Mailing fees apply. They will vary depending on your location and the type of commission.

Your commission will be mailed via USPS and you will receive a tracking number.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. If your piece arrives damaged or lost, contact me and we can work out a solution.

I may or may not upload your commission to various social media platforms. If you would prefer your commission to stay private, please let me know.

By commissioning me, you are consenting to your characters being subject to artistic interpretation. I may do things such as tweak palette or embellish details. These are intended to be minor stylistic changes. I will not make drastic changes to a character's design without consent from the commissioner.
